By accessing and using Open Gambit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your personal API keys. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach our security, or use the service for any illegal activities.
3. API Provider Usage
When utilizing third-party AI models through the BYOK feature, you agree to abide by the respective Terms of Service of those providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Open Gambit is not responsible for API usage limits, charges, or suspensions imposed by third-party services.
4. Intellectual Property
The Open Gambit brand, unique platform code, and UI design are the property of Open Gambit. However, the platform utilizes several open-source components (such as Stockfish) which remain under their respective licenses.
5. Limitations of Liability
Open Gambit is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
